Order Cancellation

- Orders cannot be canceled once the packaging and shipping process has started.
Refunds

- Full or Partial Refund: If the item is damaged or exchanged with another product by mistake.
Exceptions to Refunds
Full refunds are not available under these circumstances:
- Your order doesn’t arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- Your order doesn’t arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
Refund Request Timeline

Refund Processing
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Return Conditions

- Items must be returned in their original packaging (if possible), including all accessories and components.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, faulty product), we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
